Break Room Floor Cleaning and Carpet Project for SMC Corporation of America

SMC Corporation of America’s break room floor had a buildup of grease that made the floor slick and dirty. Skeens provided an acid clean that removed the layer of grease and brought the floor back up to the way the ceramic tile looked 12 years ago. The break room floor was 5000 square feet and took two days to complete.

We also removed 12 year old carpet that had a lot of wear throughout two floors of office space. We replaced the old, thin layer of carpet with a cushioned carpet that provides many ergonomic benefits while improving the overall appearance of the office space. The carpet job was 87,000 square feet of carpet removal and installation and took 7 weeks to complete.
